You must have a login with Eclipse. You can login or sign up for an account here. Once you login, you will be in your owner's portal. You may pay here via a credit or debit card, or by e-check. There are fees associated with each payment method. We recommend e-check as it is the least expensive option at a $2.49 fee. You may also pay via a traditional check each month with no fee.
We recommend reaching out to the board first, as many of our projects can be completed with the help of your friendly neighbors! We are always willing to lend a hand whenever possible - and to help save the community money. However, if your request cannot be completed by us, you will need to submit a request to Eclipse. Once you login to your owner's portal, you can choose Maintenance from the dashboard or the left side bar. Provide as much information as you possibly can.
Republic is our garbage provider. Trash is picked up on Friday mornings, typically between 10am-12pm. You may place your garbage can out the night before around 7pm and then bring it back inside as soon as possible after pick-up. Garbage cans are to be inside garage or on your enclosed patio, away from public view at all other times. During weeks where a major holiday takes place, pick-up is usually delayed by one day. For example, during the week of Christmas, pick-up will be on Saturday instead of Friday. Inclement weather may occasionally delay pick-up as well.
If you do not have a provided blue garbage can, please contact Eclipse and they can arrange for one to be delivered. You may also use your own.
